REFUND POLICY

At Yerba Mate Australia we strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and tea quality, however sometimes things can still go wrong.

If you have damaged or faulty goods you may return them for a full refund within 14 days

Any cancelled or unwanted orders will hold a restocking fee of 15% if returned within 14 days and a restocking fee of 25% if returned after 14 days. After 30 days your goods cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non refundable.
